Maria Vernet 1M
Multidisciplinary artist from Barcelona, born in 1979. She has been working in art for more than 20 years. She has performed and participated in festivals, symposiums and solo and group exhibitions in Europe and some South American countries. She is currently directing and designing artistic photography projects at a Men’s Penitentiary Center in Catalonia, where she has been teaching since 2008 and is fully dedicated to art.
For the artist, art and life are inseparable and beyond her work, which she feels like a gift, she raises the concept of the importance of being rather than possessing. Her most recent work in painting and photography stands out for its theme dedicated to portraiture and nature. Her concept manifests a social commitment and vindicates the depth of human feeling with a point of view that often praises beauty out of the established canons.
Maria Vernet 1M dignifies the outcast and evokes the acceptance of suffering to turn art into a way of humanizing life.

Opened in 1996 in Vic, a city with a long tradition in leather craftsmanship, the museum now includes a large contemporary art space. This area hosts temporary exhibitions of contemporary art, such as Temps de Crisàlide (Time of the Chrysalis) by Maria Vernet, offering a platform for projects with critical, social, and conceptual content.

Born in Hayama in 1955.
His romantic and emotional photographs are popular not only in the surfing world but also in various other fields, and he has worked on numerous advertisements, magazine editorials, films, and commercials. His representative collections include "Daze" by Marin Kikaku, "Lei" by World Photo Press, "Kaimanahira no ie" by Shueisha, "Summer Bohemians," "saltwater sky" by Bueno Book's, and others.
In film, he shot "Winter Without Words," which was invited to many international film festivals in recent years. His life is based on the ocean and surfing.

Has been working as an illustrator since 2015 in Kanagawa, Japan.
Majored in architecture and graduated from Yokohama National University.
Had worked in architectural design offices for seven years as a qualified architect.
Taking advantage of her experiences and expertise in the architectural field,
has collaborated with several companies and provided architectural illustrations.
Being a mother of two girls,
has created and published illustrations themed around babies and kids.
Also has worked for company PR materials, websites and printed publications
including magazines and books.
In 2022, has published a picture book with many floor plans.
